Hi, I’m Amethyst (Amy) Vargas, founder of Amethyst Creative and a multidisciplinary designer with a sharp eye for clean visuals, strategic messaging, and high-impact design. With a background rooted in graphic design and production, I’ve spent the past several years creating compelling out-of-home advertising, particularly car wraps that turn heads and deliver results on the move.

My approach blends creative intuition with technical precision. Whether I’m designing for a national brand campaign or a one-off local activation, I focus on clarity, intention, and audience experience. I believe great design doesn’t just look good; it connects, communicates, and leaves a lasting impression.

Over the years, I’ve partnered with some of the biggest brands in the US including beverage brands, law firms, consumer brands, startups, and event marketers to bring their vision to life across physical spaces. From initial concept to production-ready files, I ensure every detail is aligned with the brand’s story and the real-world environment it lives in.

When I’m not designing, you’ll usually find me exploring color palettes in nature, researching retro typography, or adding new textures to my asset library.
